From a fantastic place where TV soap meets art-house film, Glenn and Rhonda Flune take us on a not-so-serious expedition in search of the perfect relationship. Infused with intense physical theatre, film and dance, Blue Love is a poetic, satiric take on the clichés of pop culture, romance, coupledom and suburbia. Glenn and Rhonda even let us see their private home videos- bizarre cinematic excursions where comedic choreography meets couple’s therapy. The setting of the piece is the home of our couple, Glenn and Rhonda Flune, who believe they are the perfect couple in every way. This quirky work is multi-media physical-theatre comedy: Accessible, challenging, and enormously entertaining.
